Kenny Brandie - Lead Pastor

Pastor Kenny  is Lead Pastor and Elder of Victory Church, Cwmbran. Kenny along with his wife are responsible for the churches pastoral care and other ministerial departments.

Andrew Parsons - Executive Pastor

Pastor Andrew oversees the strategic ministry of Victory Church, helping to train, equip and expand the mission under the founding and preaching pastor.

 Peter Jones - Youth and Children’s Pastor

Pastor Peter leads the young adults, youth and children’s program at Victory church. Peter is also the founder of ‘connectlife’ an online social network for churches around the country.

Allun Davies - Youth and Children’s Pastor

Pastor Allun is the youth and children’s Pastor and oversees the youth clubs at Victory Church. Allun is an ex-Paramedic who has a passion for reaching out to the youth of today.

Gareth Davies - Campus Pastor

Pastor Gareth is one of our Campus Pastor’s who assists in developing our cluster groups, teaching at the academy and supports the preaching team.

Pastor, Elder, and Overseer are all synonymous terms in the Bible. Pastors are those men who are called and biblically to lead Victory Church.

Jesus is “the head of the body, the church” (Col. 1:8), so we literally write his name in as the Senior Pastor, the Head of Victory Church.

The men who lead the church must lead like Jesus—not to replace him, but to follow him and serve his people according to their need, as described in the Bible. Though we are imperfect and incomplete, by God’s grace we can still reflect the One who teaches, loves, and leads the way to glory.
