Well last night was incredible and I thank Jesus Christ for the privilege of being part of building Kingdom and seeing His Church expand. We have been on a mega journey, we started in a lounge in Abertillery, to the coldest chapel in Wales! Until meeting in a Leisure Centre in Pontypool.

As most of you who follow our updates via blogs, websites and tweets we were looking for our own venue we believe through a series of God interventions that the venue we found was God ordained. In April we began to refurbish and we officially open on the weekend of 18-19th September (you’re invited!) but last night we were in worshipping God through song, listening to His Word being preached and enjoying fellowship.

There were 3 first time decisions for Christ which is the best part of the evening! Here are some images from the night as the church is now 8 months old!

Don’t turn up at the Leisure Centre because were not there! This weekend we will be at our new venue although we do not officially launch until the weekend of 18th-19th September. Pastor Richard will be starting a new series called Discovering Christ through John’s Gospel. Join us from 6:30pm at the new venue!

Dear friends please would you join us in prayer for a precious brother in Christ Pastor David Kidd. David has been diagnosed with cancer and we want as many to pray as possible. Pastor David oversees the Assemblies of God church in Risca and is one of the most loving pastor’s I have ever met. Please hold the family in your prayers at this time.
