Richard is the preaching Pastor at Victory Church and is responsible for the teaching program and direction of the Church. He is the author of 4 books ‘Positive Power, Making your Faith Work, Authentic Christianity and his biography  ’To Catch a Thief’. Richard has also worked extensively with TV and Radio throughout the UK and writes for several editorials. Richard is an Elim minister.

Richard is married to Jill and they have 4 sons Joshua, Caleb, Jacob and Isaac.

Kenny is the Assistant Pastor at Victory Church. He is also the manager of one of our men’s home’s in Cwmbran. Kenny has been on staff for over 5 yrs and has a real passion for the Word and a love for the lost. He will assist Pastor Richard with both scheduled meetings in churches around the country and will also be preaching at Victory Church.

Andrew Parsons is the Campus Pastor and Joins us from Auckland, New Zealand. He has a wealth of pastoral experience and has been instrumental in church planting. His leadership qualities will be used to implement discipleship and study groups within Victory Church working with the nuts and bolts! He is also a successful businessman and his business skills will also assist the Church in making the vision practically viable.

Andrew is married to Sue and they have 2 teenagers Rebecca and James.

Pete Jones joins us our Youth Pastor in September he is the founder of  ’Connectlife’ a Christian social networking site and also by all accounts a great drummer!  Pete will run our youth program and pioneer the youth ministry within Victory Church. He has a real passion for young people and believes they have an integral part to play in church life.

Pete is married to Adele and they have three children and live in Newbridge.

Lisa Booth is personal assistant to Pastor Richard and is responsible for operations at Victory Church. Lisa is  is an integral part of the team and acts as the glue!
