Clyde Thomas

Senior Leader

Clyde has served as Senior Leader of Victory Church since 2014. He was saved in a prison cell before training for ministry at Mattersey Hall Bible College where he met his wife Rebekah. They married in 2008 and together they are sold out for the cause of Christ, through the local church. Passionate about life, and full of energy, Clyde lives his life to bring a message of hope and healing to others. He is a regular speaker at various events in the UK and travels internationally to support projects and leaders.

Bekah Thomas

Senior Leader

Bekah oversees training and equipping within the church. This includes Victory Academy, a leadership and training academy which she created from the ground up. Her passion is to train and equip the next generation of Christian leaders. She loves the local church and has a passion to see the bride of Christ become all she should be in the 21st century.

Bekah's passion is life-transformation and discipleship. She regularly mentors and supports others in their leadership journey. She loves the local church and is the creator of various resources to support and help people in their lives. Bekah speaks, writes and creates. She powerfully challenges people to live their lives all out, and with conviction.

Richard Reed

Senior Leadership Team

Richard is married with four grown up children and works for an IT financial servicing company. For nearly 30 years the company has worked with all the major banks in the UK. Lay preacher for 20 years, trained as a Christians against poverty money coach. Passionate about seeing people released from financial burdens and bringing people to Jesus.

Marilyn Harry

Senior Leadership Team

Marilyn is an itinerant evangelist with the Elim Pentecostal Churches. She travels throughout the United Kingdom and overseas holding evangelistic missions, teaching, mobilising and encouraging the Church in evangelism. Marilyn loves working across denominations and has a special burden for pioneer evangelism and for teaching and mentoring evangelists. She is the founder of Harvest Time Ministries and for many years has taught Schools of Evangelism in the UK and overseas. She is from the Rhondda Valley and trained as a midwife before entering the ministry in 1982. Marilyn is currently based in Newport, South Wales.

Martyn Sheppard

Martyn and his family have been an integral part of Victory Church since the early days. He has been on the leadership since 2014 and runs a family business. He loves God and lives his life by the Spirit.

Sherard Wood

Senior Leadership Team

Sherard is married to April and together they have a passion for Jesus, family and the local church. They enjoy time with their children and grandchildren and love living their lives in local church gathered community. As well as being a senior leader at Victory Church Sherard also helps coordinate Victory Circles across the life of the community.
